39 Do not enter the VIP room unless it is for inspections or emergencies.
40 Avoid casual conversations or smoking during duties.
41 Do not eat or drink in front of the VIP room.

51 All activities/movements must be recorded in the member’s official daily logbook.
52 Ensure constant communication via radio sets or telephones.
53 Inform about motorcade schedules at least 1 hour before VIP movement.
54 Motorcade vehicles must be positioned 15 minutes before the VIP departs.
55 All close protection personnel must adhere to appropriate dress code protocols for ceremonies (e.g., welcoming foreign dignitaries).
56 Ensure all equipment/weapons are in excellent condition, functional, and safeguarded, especially company/government assets.
